Privacy policy

KAIOS (kaiospro.com). Effective October 8, 2026.

This page says what information we collect on this website, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we keep things simple.

What we collect

When you book a call: your name, email address, the time you picked, and anything you type in the organization or note fields.
When you ask to be notified: your email address.
When you visit: anonymous page-view counts (which pages, what country, what kind of device). No cookies, no tracking across other sites, and nothing that identifies you.

Why we collect it

To hold the call you booked, send you the confirmation and the video link, and let you cancel or move it.
To send you one email when KAIOS launches, if you asked for it.
To see how many people visit and whether the site works.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Who helps us store it

A few services run this website for us. They only see what they need:

Google Calendar holds the call booking and makes the video link.
Resend sends our emails and keeps the launch list.
Vercel hosts the website and counts the anonymous page views.

Your choices

Every launch email has an unsubscribe link. One click and you are off the list.
To cancel a call, use the link in your confirmation email.
To see, change, or delete anything we hold about you, email hello@kaiospro.com. We will do it within 30 days.

Children

This website is for businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
